A Pop of Purple

We see almost every color palette in the wedding world come and go. We also see some that will always stay... like the blushes, pinks and creams! And then there are some that are just so pleasing to the eye, we want to keep looking at it!

Don't get us wrong we love the blushes and the pinks, they are absolutely delightful! But, we love seeing different color palettes pop up. We have seen some purples this year that have been exquisite

We couldn't wait to share them with you!

This year our brides picked plum colored dresses or a bewitching lavender shade that has just taken our breath away.

We hardly see Calla Lily's in bouquets, but we love when we get to use them! There are so many different colors of the Calla's. The white with the purple centers were stunning.

 

We love how this bride captivated us with all the shades of purple. Each bridesmaid had on a different shade and different style dress. 

 

These purples are some of our favorites! The color in the bouquet makes everything stand out. Those lavender roses are always so classy! The hue makes each bouquet burst with elegance.

Knoxville Linen Rental Company White Table… Moving!

White Table Linen Rentals to Move Into Lisa Foster Floral Design

Knoxville, Tn - The cat is out of the bag, White Table of Knoxville will be moving into Lisa Foster Floral Design front showroom. Over the past few months Lisa Foster has tried to figure out her next business move… do we stay, do we go? Our lease was up for renewal and we played with the idea of moving into a different building or even purchasing a building.
The final decision has been made and we are staying here… 6622 Kingston Pike is our home! In an effort to refocus on the floral side of things we are going to carry less gift items. Not that we don't like having gift items, but our business is flowers and flowers are what we love. Lisa Foster Floral Design will still carry Tyler Candles and other gift items, just not at the capacity that had been available before.
Our good friends at the White Table have also been in the process of deciding their next move because their lease was up as well. The solution was so clear it practically solved itself. Moving into Lisa Foster Floral Design helps Lisa Foster carry less gifts and White Table not have as much showroom to fill!
What a win-win situation! It's going to be an adventure for everyone involved and both Lisa Foster Floral Design and White Table are looking forward to the move! It just goes to show you when great things come together, it's beautiful!

We have wonderful friends in all avenues of the wedding industry in Knoxville TN. Don Samples with Midnight Magic Videography was so kind as to make us a promotional video of one of our summer weddings at Dara's Garden. Arminda Sutton, loved red roses and baby's breath and it shows! All of her tables and decorations where dripping in red roses and baby's breath. Abundance of Weddings

Wedding Flowers Season 2013 - Knoxville, TN 

We have been in Wedding Wonderland (or next door to it!) for the past three months! To say that we are excited to see all of the photos from these weddings would be an understatement. 2013 has been the year of large receptions and lots of peach and coral! As a wedding vendor it is interesting to see trends our brides go with and this year has been peach, peach, and peach!
We laugh a LOT at LFFD, and since this year has been so "blushy" we like to quote the line from Steel Magnolia's, "My colors are blush and bashful...". The realm of blushes, pinks, peaches and corals has invaded Lisa Foster Floral Design. We have had some of the most beautiful bouquets walk out of this shop in the past few months. Thankfully we have awesome photographer friends that get photos up just days after the weddings take place. What did we do before social media?!?!
The team has pulled a lot of late-nights and long hours to pull off the magic that happens at Lisa Foster Design.
Don't feel sorry for us though, we have THE BEST time working with each other. Lets not call it work, it's more like... getting things done while hanging out with a group of friends. Check out some of the work we've done lately and you can see, we love what we do.
