After doing a wedding together in 2013 Shanell was kind enough to not only share some of the beautiful images she captured. She also gave us a beautiful canvas to hang in the Lisa Foster Floral Design Shop!

Her journalistic photography style is just stunning. Her goal is,"to provide you with beautiful art for your home, heirlooms for your family, and memories to last a lifetime." Shanell also offers unique specialty products such as gallery wrapped canvases, metal, wood and mounted prints. She has many wedding packages to choose from and has gift registry and payment plans available.

Knoxville Tn florist Lisa Foster Floral Design absolutely loves being a participant in the News Sentinel Bridal and Beyond Show.  Not only does this show get wedding vendors in Knoxville excited about wedding season but it also is a fantastic way to meet freshly engaged brides. The LFFD crew worked so hard setting up their booth as well as helping to decorate the runway with Crystal Trees. 

There are not enough nice words we can say about all of the vendors there. Jim Ogle from Ogle Entertainment once again took our display from awesome to mind-blowingly superb! He provided uplighting for our signs and our Crystal Trees that were used on the runway stage. Jim is kind, hardworking and always has an extra moment to help the LFFD girls a hand!

Behind the scenes of the fashion show put on by Dillards, Wedding Wonderland and Clair Queisser Runway Events was so much fun! Check out some of the before they walked out photos! Everyone who participated in the fashion show did an amazing job and all of the attendees loved all of the clothes on display. 

 Ben Moser from Knox Wedding Creative, and Scott Temple from Temple Photography saved the day when it came to packing up the LFFD booth. As we were caring our goodies out on a cart, disaster struck! Between the overloaded cart and a large cord on the floor our flowers went flying. However, Scott Temple and Ben Moser were there to help save the day. Scott threw caution to the wind and dove into our cart to prevent them from falling on the floor. What a hero! 

We are so blessed to be able to call our fellow Knoxville wedding vendors friends! What a great event filled with great people. Looking forward to this 2014 wedding season in Knoxville.

One popular wedding trend this year seems to be bridal halos! Instead of a veil or small hair clip brides are opting to get a fresh floral crown aka halo to wear. We have only had a handful of girls request these beautiful crowns but they have turned out beautiful. Typically a flower crown has been used for the flower girl or junior bridesmaids to adorn their little heads. 

Now that the wedding industry is anything goes the brides want in on the floral halos. 

For the upcoming Knoxville Tn News Sentinel: Bridal and Beyond Show on February 9, 2014, we plan to have a floral crown displayed in the fashion show. 

Many brides decide for the reception to incorporate a flower into their hair. This is elegant and simple and can be a fun way to add a touch of color to bridal hair. 

One thing is for sure, this trend is awesome and is sure to be around for awhile.  We can't wait to have more pictures from the coming year!
