Knoxville Weddings - Spring Brides

Knoxville Tennessee - Spring Weddings

Reflecting On Past Lisa Foster Floral Design Spring Weddings

Gearing up for spring weddings has caused us to reflect on some of our favorites from years past. As florists in Knoxville, we tend to drool at the thought of peonies, dogwood trees in bloom, tulips and irises. Knoxville is about to explode with beautiful colors, flowers and fresh green grass! Though our abundance of trees can cause our cars to turn yellow and our allergies to act up we really live in a beautiful city.
April really kicks off our wedding season with outdoor weddings and receptions.
One of our all time favorite weddings was in April 2012. Ann Bryant was married at a primitive baptist church in Cade's Cove. Nestled in the Smoky Mountains this picturesque setting is perfect for any southern bride.

BIG Thank you To Dixie Pixel for these images!
Another of our Springtime brides that can't go without mention is Jessica Whittaker! We love her mixed-matched bridesmaids dresses and her beautiful peony bouquet!

Stepping back even further let us show off our MOST expensive bridal bouquet... of all time! It happened by accident but just let this serve as a FYI lady slipper orchids are very, very expensive. What a beautiful bride and beautiful bouquet, it doesn't get much better than classic white and crisp greens!

It's hard to believe almost two years has pasted since our friend Julie Roberts was married. She is one-of-a-kind and her wedding was an excellent reflection of that unique sweet personality! Julie spent hours, and hours hand-making bud vases for her centerpieces. Not only is she a talented photographer but she is all around awesome!

If you asked any of the florists in Knoxville, I'm sure they would say that spring weddings open the door for a multitude of floral possibilities.  We can't WAIT to see photos of the 2013 spring wedding season! Bring it on photog friends!
